portdowngrade: installation

Portdowngrade is in the FreeBSD port tree. Just type

portinstall portdowngrade

or:

cd /usr/ports/sysutils/portdowngrade

make install clean

Now portdowngrade is installed and registered as a usual package. Type

usr/local/sbin/portdowngrade

or simply

portdowngrade

to start it.
